Interpersonal Power: American History. Social constructs and Power Dynamics  
 After fully answering the question of who are you, you next answer the question of where are you? This next stage of development is about bringing historical context into focus to better understand the society and the customs that make up our culture.  We will also move into the dynamics of interpersonal power in the workplace, situational awareness and response, social emotional intelligence and communication skills.
